Rocket Fortress

The fortress doesn't get much time to prepare. Monsters are already moving in, and the missile launcher is your first line of defense. In Rocket Fortress, you spend the early part of each run building up enough firepower to handle whatever comes next. Demons and mutants are manageable at first. Later, the same enemies become much harder to stop, and bosses can put the entire defense under pressure. Killing enemies earns resources, which gives you the chance to improve the launcher and keep the fortress alive.

Get The Missile System Working

There isn't much to learn before the first battle. Click the screen or press the Spacebar to fire, then let the launcher deal with enemies as they approach. Your army can automatically target enemies, so you can concentrate on keeping the damage output high.

The important part comes after each fight. Money and other resources can be put into missile damage, ammunition, and additional support. A small improvement may not seem important during an easy wave, but it becomes noticeable once enemy health starts climbing.

Don't Treat Every Wave The Same

Weak enemies are useful for building up resources, but difficult encounters require a different approach. Bosses can stay on the battlefield for much longer, giving you fewer opportunities to make mistakes. This is where saving a powerful boost can pay off.

Raid battles push the same idea further. More dangerous enemies appear together, so having a stronger setup before entering the fight can make a major difference. Cooperative battles add another option, letting several players combine their firepower against larger threats.

Game Controls

  • Left Mouse Click — Fire missiles
  • Spacebar — Launch missiles
  • Auto-targeting — The launcher and supporting forces automatically aim at enemies

Spend Resources Carefully

You don't need to upgrade everything the moment you can afford it. Start with missile power if ordinary enemies are taking too long to defeat. When stronger waves begin overwhelming the launcher, look at ammunition and supporting units as well.

Power-ups are especially useful during boss fights and raids. Using one on an easy wave may save a few seconds, but keeping it for a dangerous encounter can prevent a much bigger setback.

Tips For Better Runs

  • Improve missile damage early to clear regular enemies faster.
  • Keep some resources available instead of spending your entire balance.
  • Save major power-ups for bosses or difficult raid waves.
  • Watch enemy health to decide when another upgrade is necessary.
  • Strengthen supporting units when the basic launcher starts falling behind.
  • Keep attacking during easy waves to build resources for later fights.
