- Human Expenditure Program
Human Expenditure Program, also called Bloodmoney 2, is a psychological horror simulation created by ShroomyChrist Studios. Acting as a sequel to BLOODMONEY!, it puts you in charge of Harvey Harvington’s digital life, where every choice pushes the story into darker or redemptive paths.
The game combines simulation with unsettling moral decisions. Harvey lives as a computer-bound being, and you are the one responsible for his health, happiness, and ultimate fate. Unlike traditional horror, the terror here comes from your actions and their consequences.
Explore rooms such as the kitchen, bedroom, and hidden glitch zones.
Interact with Harvey by dragging food, tools, or random objects toward him.
Maintain stats like hunger and mood by feeding him or entertaining him.
Clean up by dragging trash and messes into the bin.
Push boundaries if you want to test how far the program will bend under pressure.
Every interaction matters. Keeping Harvey alive and stable feels rewarding, but experimenting with darker choices reveals more of the hidden story.
What makes this game stand out is its lack of a “true ending.” Instead, you create Harvey’s destiny—care for him, corrupt him, or let the glitches consume his reality. This freedom, paired with psychological tension, keeps players hooked.
